Delete your Kayan account
Request deletion of your account and associated data, even without the app.
In the app
Open Settings → Privacy & Security → Delete account. Review the confirmation and enter your password when requested.
Without access to the app
Email info@kayanfitnessapp.com from your registered email address with the subject “Kayan account deletion”. State that you want your Kayan account and associated data deleted. Never send passwords, verification codes or health documents. We may verify your identity before processing the request. You may also request deletion of specific data without closing your account.
Data covered and retention
Your request covers your profile, workouts, nutrition, progress, synced health data and associated content. Limited financial, fraud-prevention, security, moderation or dispute records may be retained where law allows or requires, only while that purpose continues. Copies may remain temporarily in protected backups. Ask info@kayanfitnessapp.com for details of retained records, the reason and the retention criteria. Copies held by recipients, your gym or health services may require a separate request to those parties.
Subscriptions and permissions
Uninstalling the app does not delete your account. Account deletion does not automatically cancel an Apple or Google subscription: manage it in your store account settings. Revoke Apple Health or Health Connect permissions separately in your device settings.
